2025 Mikron ROS 100 Rosette Maker

The MIKRON R100 Rosette Maker is a handy solution for the woodworking shop requiring a small, transportable, reliable and cost-effective solution.

Small enough that is take up little space, rugged enough to produce large quantities of rosettes, the MIKRON R200 Automatic Rosette Maker is designed with accuracy and reliability in mind. Easy to set up and operate, the MIKRON R200 uses standard rosette cutting heads. 

Wood blanks are simply stacked in the hopper, the cutting head is aligned and the rest is left up to the MIKRON R100. The feed mechanism will line up the blanks, the cutting head will produce the rosette and a piston mechanism will eject it into a container.

Specifications:

Automatically feeds, shapes & ejects Rosette blocks in 2-1/2″ – 5″ square blocks.

3 HP motor belt drives 4″ diameter cutterhead at 7,000 RPM.

Adjustable hopper feed to side of spindle automatically indexes Rosette blocks under cutterhead up against corner-V holding fixture with overhead spring fingers. Cutterhead advances and machines Rosette, then automatically ejects block to front position of block and air eject cylinder.

Produces up to (500) Rosettes/Hr; Rosette profiles can be ground on any profile grinder for infinitely variable design possibilities

Equipped with:

3″ Diameter Inlet dust hood.
